Capital Investment Tax Credit; Revising the annual tax credit that may be granted for a qualifying project that has a date of certification on or after a specified date; decreasing the minimum amount of a cumulative capital investment that results in a qualifying project being ineligible for the tax credit; specifying procedures, requirements, and limitations for the tracking by the Department of Economic Opportunity of the total amount of tax credits granted annually, etc.
