Behavioral Health Services; Expanding eligibility criteria for military veterans and servicemembers court programs; authorizing counties to fund treatment-based mental health court programs; requiring a judge presiding over a postadjudicatory treatment-based mental health court program to hear a violation of probation or community control under certain circumstances; requiring the department to establish specified standards and protocols with respect to the administration of the crisis stabilization services utilization database; authorizing a court to impose certain conditions on certain probationers or community controllees, etc.
