Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc./Sales of Tax-exempt Cigarettes; Encouraging the Governor to negotiate an agreement with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., which authorizes on-reservation sales of tax-exempt cigarettes to nontribal members, and to present the proposed agreement to the Legislature for its consideration under s. 210.1801(6), Florida Statutes, etc.
