Homestead Tax Exemption/Senior, Low-Income, Long-Term Residents; Proposes amendment to s. 6, Art. VII of State Constitution to specify the calculation that county or municipality may use in determining just value for purposes of homestead tax exemption for certain persons 65 or older, if authorized by law.
