Residential Properties; Authorizing the use of a copy, facsimile transmission, or other reliable reproduction of an original proxy vote for certain purposes; revising liability of unit owners under certain conditions; authorizing condominium associations and cooperative associations to conduct votes of the membership by online voting under certain conditions, etc.
