Justices and Judges; Revising the applicability of the term “termination”; providing that a retired justice or retired judge is not subject to certain restrictions on employment after retirement otherwise applicable to retired employees; requiring the State Board of Administration and the Department of Management Services to request a determination letter and private letter ruling from the Internal Revenue Service; adjusting employer contribution rates in order to fund changes made by the act; providing a directive to the Division of Law Revision and Information; providing findings of an important state interest, etc.
