GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Bean
Recycled and Recovered Materials; Exempting a person who sells, transfers, or arranges for the transfer of recycled and recovered materials from liability for hazardous substances released or threatened to be released from the receiving facility or site under certain circumstances, etc.
