GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Stargel

Timeshares; Revising provisions pertaining to multisite timeshare plans and clarifying single-site timeshare plan developer liability for nonmaterial errors or omissions; providing that leasehold accommodations or facilities may be added to a timeshare trust; providing for extension or termination of timeshare plans; providing for the transfer of reservation system data upon termination of managing entity, etc.
