Improvements to Real Property Damaged by Subsidence; Expands definition of term "qualifying improvement" to include stabilization or other repairs to real property damaged by subsidence; provides that stabilization or other repairs to real property damaged by subsidence are qualifying improvements considered affixed to building or facility; revises disclosure requirements; expands definition of term "blighted area"; prohibits community redevelopment agency from paying attorney fees & public adjuster fees under certain conditions.
