Exemption from the Sales and Use Tax for Certain Machinery and Equipment; Providing that the exemption for certain mixer drums and the parts and labor required to affix such mixer drums is repealed on a specified date; deleting the expiration date for the exemption for certain industrial machinery and equipment; providing for construction of the act in pari materia with laws enacted during the 2015 Regular Session of the Legislature, etc.
