Vacation Rental Units; Providing criteria for licensure as a vacation rental unit; requiring the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to suspend a license of a vacation rental unit for failure to meet certain criteria by a specified date; providing that it is an unlicensed practice to advertise without a license, etc.
