GENERAL BILL by Health Innovation Subcommittee ; Trujillo ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ahern ; Albritton ; Eisnaugle ; Gaetz ; Hill ; Moraitis ; Van Zant
Abortion Clinics; Requires AHCA to establish minimum standards for certain abortion clinics which are equivalent to or more stringent than standards applicable to licensed ambulatory surgical centers; provides applicability of abortion clinic standard if no corresponding ambulatory surgical center standard exists; requires AHCA to establish rules requiring abortion clinic to comply provisions relating to review & approval of facility construction plans, construction inspections, & related fees.
