Implementing the 2016-2017 General Appropriations Act; Incorporating by reference certain calculations of the Florida Education Finance Program; revising the method for allocating funds for exceptional student education programs; extending the date by which the Adults with Disabilities Workforce Education Pilot Program may operate; authorizing a university board of trustees to expend certain reserve or carry forward balances from a prior year for specified capital outlay projects if certain conditions are met, etc.
