Credit for Relevant Military Service; Revises application requirements for EMT or paramedic certification; directs DOH or applicable board to issue licenses & temporary certificates to eligible health care practitioners; directs DBPR to provide method for honorably discharged veterans to apply for construction contracting & electrical or alarm system contracting licensure; revises eligibility criteria for taking electrical or alarm system contractor certification examination; directs DACS to provide method for honorably discharged veterans to apply for private investigative & security & repossession services licensure; directs DHSMV & Department of Military Affairs to conduct pilot program for commercial motor vehicle driver licenses.
