GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Transportation ; Brandes

Department of Transportation; Increasing the minimum amount that must be made available annually from the State Transportation Trust Fund to fund the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Program; authorizing the department to enter into certain agreements related to the federal surface transportation project delivery program under certain federal law; authorizing the department’s Pinellas Bayway System to be transferred by the department and become part of the turnpike system under the Florida Turnpike Enterprise Law; creating a nonprofit corporation to be known as the “Florida Department of Transportation Financing Corporation”, etc.
