GENERAL BILL by Government Operations Appropriations Subcommittee ; Insurance and Banking Subcommittee ; Renner

Organization of the Department of Financial Services; Authorizes CFO, rather than Division of Accounting & Auditing, to audit & adjust accounts of officers & those indebted to state; revises divisions & location of bureaus within & divisions; amends provisions relating to transfer of certain functions to Division of Investigative & Forensic Services; amends provisions relating to renaming of the Bureau of Unclaimed Property.
