Planning and Budgeting; Removing certain references to the judicial branch from planning and budgeting provisions in ch. 216, F.S.; recreating planning and budgeting provisions for the judicial branch; creating the “Judicial Branch Budgeting Act”; requiring the judicial branch to submit its complete legislative budget requests directly to the Legislature with a copy to the Governor by a certain date, etc.
