Teacher Certification; Requiring the Department of Education to issue a temporary educator certificate within a specified period; authorizing charter schools and charter management organizations to develop a professional development certification and education competency program; revising the duties of the Just Read, Florida! Office; requiring certain educator preparation institutes to provide evidence of specified reading instruction as a condition of program approval and continued approval, etc.
