Florida Retirement System; Authorizing renewed membership in the Florida Retirement System for retirees who are reemployed in a position eligible for the Elected Officers’ Class under certain circumstances; providing for renewed membership in the retirement system for retirees of the Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program who are reemployed on or after a specified date; revising criteria for eligibility of payment of death benefits to the surviving children of a Special Risk Class member killed in the line of duty under specified circumstances; requiring that certain retirees who are reemployed on or after a specified date be renewed members in the investment plan, etc.
