GENERAL BILL by Farmer
Correctional Privatization; Prohibiting the entry into or renewal of contracts relating to correctional privatization after a specified date; providing for custody of inmates after the expiration of such contracts; providing for future repeal of provisions relating to correctional privatization, etc.
