GENERAL BILL by Rouson
Art Therapy; Creating the Advisory Council of Professional Art Therapists within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance in the Department of Health; prohibiting an individual from practicing professional or clinical art therapy unless he or she holds a certain license; establishing requirements for licensure as a professional art therapist and a clinical art therapist, etc.
