Delivery of Nursing Services; Creating the “Florida Hospital Patient Protection Act”; requiring minimum direct care registered nurse staffing levels in a health care facility; requiring that the chief nursing officer of a health care facility, or his or her designee, prepare a written staffing plan that meets the direct care registered nurse staffing levels required by the act, etc.
