Hernando County Hometown Heroes Pilot Program; Creates pilot program to authorize the transfer to qualified nonprofit agencies sales & use taxes previously remitted by certain corporations; provides eligibility requirements; specifies dollar limits of program; specifies dollar limits that individual corporations may request to be transferred for any fiscal year; provides application criteria for qualifying nonprofit agencies & for corporations; requires DOR to review applications & refund certain sales & use taxes; provides for rulemaking authority; provides penalties.
