Motor Vehicle Insurance; Repeals Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law & requirements for personal injury protection coverage; increases amount of security required for owners, operators, & dealers of motor vehicles; increases amount of deposit to obtain certificate of self-insurance & certificate of insurance; increases amount of net worth to obtain self-insurance; provides legislative intent; provides notice requirements to inform policyholders of changes in insurance coverage.
