GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Committee ; Health Quality Subcommittee ; Pigman
Health Care Access; Allows independent advanced practice registered nurses who meet certain criteria to practice advanced or specialized nursing without physician supervision or protocol by registering with Board of Nursing; authorizes Florida-licensed health care professionals to use telehealth; provides standards of care; creates tax credit for health insurers & HMOs that cover telehealth services; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $276,917
