Postsecondary Educational Institutions; Revising the required disclosures specified institutions must make to each prospective student; requiring the Commission for Independent Education to annually prepare an accountability report by a specified date; authorizing the commission, under certain circumstances, to prohibit the enrollment of new students or to limit the number of students in a program at a licensed institution, etc.
