GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Montford ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Book

Child Welfare; Providing for the name of a child’s guardian ad litem or attorney ad litem to be entered on court orders in dependency proceedings; providing that time limitations governing placement of a child in a shelter do not include continuances requested by the court; requiring the court to advise the parents during an adjudicatory hearing of certain actions that are required to achieve reunification, etc.
