Property Insurance; Prohibiting property insurers who fail to make inspections within a specified timeframe from denying or limiting payments for certain hurricane-related claims under certain circumstances; requiring real property owners and lessors to disclose certain sinkhole reports and certifications in lease or lease-purchase agreements with tenants or tenant-buyers of the real properties, etc.
