Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome Pilot Project; Requires AHCA, in consultation with DCF, to establish pilot project to license facilities in Medicaid Region 8 to treat infants who suffer from neonatal abstinence syndrome in certain circumstances; requires DOH to contract with state university to study certain components of pilot project & establish baseline data for studies on neurodevelopmental outcomes of infants with neonatal abstinence syndrome.
