Enrollment of Dependent Children of Active Duty Military Personnel in the Florida Virtual School; Requires FLVS to give enrollment priority to certain dependent children of active duty military personnel; authorizes FLVS to use specified form to determine residence & to serve specified students directly; provides funding for such students.
