Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Transferring the Onsite Sewage Program within the Department of Health to the Department of Environmental Protection; removing provisions prohibiting the award of research projects to certain entities; requiring the county health departments to coordinate with the department to administer onsite sewage treatment and disposal system evaluation programs; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to appoint an onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems technical advisory committee, etc.
