Postsecondary Education; Requires review of certain data related to career & technical education programs; revises Florida College System Performance-Based Incentive metrics; provides for associate degree to be awarded to certain students by Florida College System institutions; authorizes state universities or Florida College System institutions to waive certain postsecondary fees for certain persons; provides performance funding requirements.
