Civics Education; Requiring that instructional materials for certain civics education courses be reviewed and approved by the Commissioner of Education in consultation with certain entities and individuals; requiring the commissioner to consult with specified organizations and stakeholders to review civics instructional materials and test specifications by a specified date, etc.
