GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice Subcommittee ; Fernandez-Barquin
Criminal Statutes; Provides that acts reenacting, revising, or amending criminal statutes do not affect or abate prior operation of statutes unless expressly so provided; provides that cross-reference to criminal statute or within criminal statute constitutes general reference under doctrine of incorporation by reference.
