Probation Violations; Requires probation officer to determine whether probationer or offender on community control may remain in alternative sanctioning program after committing technical violation; defines low-risk and moderate-risk level technical violations; establishes permissible sanctions for such probation violations; establishes eligibility criteria; requires each judicial circuit to establish alternative sanctioning program.
