GENERAL BILL by Business and Professions Subcommittee ; McClure

Specialty Contracting; Authorizes specialty contracting for commercial or residential swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas by certain persons under the supervision of specified licensed contractors; provides that such supervision does not require a direct contract between specified persons or for a person to be an employee of specified certified or registered contractors.
