Construction Liens; Revising the notice to owner in certain direct contracts; deleting a provision establishing the right of certain persons who are not in privity with an owner to have a lien on certain real property; deleting provisions authorizing an owner and a contractor to agree upon the contractor furnishing a payment bond; revising provisions relating to payments due under a direct contract, etc.
