Emergency Allergy Treatment; Provides that training programs for administration of epinephrine auto-injectors may be offered online; requires state universities or FCS institutions to pay costs associated with such training for certain personnel; requires state universities or FCS institutions to pay application fee for certification; requires incident reports; requires, rather than authorizes, authorized entity to acquire & stock supply of epinephrine auto-injectors issued by health care practitioner.
