Economic Development; Authorizes certain business located in counties affected by Hurricane Michael to submit request to DEO for economic recovery extension in lieu of tax refund claim; authorizes DEO to waive certain requirements during specified timeframe; requires DEO to state any waiver in writing; provides that certain businesses are eligible for specified tax refund payment; deletes provision relating to future expiration of certification for tax refund program for qualified target industry businesses.
