Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Designating the corporation, rather than the State Board of Administration, as the state fiscal agency to make determinations in connection with specified bonds; requiring the executive director to annually report specified information to the board of directors, rather than the State Board of Administration; deleting a prohibition on service providers making contributions in excess of $100 to candidates for membership on the State Board of Administration other than the Governor, etc.
