GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice and Public Safety Subcommittee ; Plakon
Controlled Substance Offenses; Provides that unlawful distribution of methamphetamine or mixture containing methamphetamine that leads to death of user is considered murder under specified circumstances; prohibits specified activities involving controlled substances within 1,000 feet of specified facilities.
