GENERAL BILL by Public Integrity and Elections Committee ; Payne ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gregory ; Leek ; Roth

Campaign Financing; Provides limitation on contributions made to political committees sponsoring constitutional amendment proposed by initiative; specifies conditions upon which limitation no longer applies; prohibits candidate from donating surplus funds to charitable organization that employs candidate; provides candidate may give certain surplus funds to state or political subdivision to be disbursed in specified manner.
