OGSR/Trade Secrets/Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Amending a provision which relates to an exemption from public records requirements for trade secrets contained in certain information submitted to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as required by specified provisions relating to medical gas; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
