Pediatric Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation; Requiring the Department of Health to develop and annually update educational materials relating to pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation; requiring the department to post the materials on its website in a specified format; requiring hospitals, birth centers, and other state-licensed birthing facilities to provide the educational materials to parents of newborns before they are discharged; revising the list of telehealth services and education to be provided under telehealth minority maternity care pilot programs to include education on pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation; requiring birth centers to educate their clients in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation before and after each birth, etc.
