Fees/Marijuana Establishments; Requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to establish by rule specified initial license fees and annual license renewal fees for specified marijuana establishments; authorizing the department to charge an application fee, which may not exceed the cost of processing the application, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1696 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
