Trust Funds/Division of Cannabis Trust Fund/Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Creating the Division of Cannabis Trust Fund within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing the purpose and for the funding source of the trust fund; requiring a distribution of specified funds to the Department of Health until a specified date; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1696 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is enacted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
