Fees/Hemp Extract Product Registration; Requiring hemp extract product registration applications to include a specified application fee set by Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services rule; prohibiting the fee from exceeding a specified amount per hemp extract product, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 1906 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
