GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability
Public Employment; Requiring the Department of Management Services to periodically contract for the completion of certain compensation surveys; requiring the department to submit a report to the Governor and the legislative presiding officers upon completion of the surveys; authorizing Special Risk Class members who are law enforcement officers and meet certain criteria to participate in the deferred retirement option program for an additional time period; revising required employer retirement contribution rates for each membership class and subclass of the Florida Retirement System; revising allocations to investment plan member accounts, etc.
