Rec. and Meetings/Regulatory Sandbox; Provides exemption from public records requirements for information in regulatory sandbox applications determined by Office of Regulatory Relief to be economically harmful to applicant if released; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for all or portions of meetings of General Regulatory Sandbox Program Advisory Committee; provides exemption from public records requirements for recordings, minutes, & records generated during closed portions of such meetings; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1287 or similar legislation takes effect
