Home Health Aides for Medically Fragile Children; Requiring home health agencies to ensure that any delegation of tasks to home health aides for medically fragile children meets specified requirements; establishing the home health aides for medically fragile children program for specified purposes; requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration, in consultation with the Board of Nursing, to approve training programs for home health aides for medically fragile children; authorizing home health aides for medically fragile children to administer certain medications under certain circumstances, etc. APPROPRIATION: $472,317
